Client Service Representative (Operations)- Non-Sales
Nassau

Job Summary:

Perform all identified functions in accordance with the guidelines set out by the company. At all times provide, accurate and timely service to customers and superior support to the sales staff.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing back up support for the preparation of all billings and other statements to be mailed to clients
  • Providing back up support for the cheques to be collected by customers, ensuring that clients sign appropriate forms upon collection of cheques and securing all uncollected cheques nightly.
  • Processing and recording policy changes such as beneficiary changes, assignments, releases, reductions, change of modal premiums, etc. and updating the various systems
  • Providing back up support for the acceptance and preparation of the courier packages on behalf of Life Operations
  • Demonstrating ownership and urgency in providing quality service to both internal and external customers (as measured by customer service survey results), ensuring customer service duties include the following:
    • Providing internal and external clients with accurate and up to date information on policies i.e., completion of bank inquiry forms, telephone inquiries etc.
    • Preparing correspondence to clients regarding policy changes or options which may arise from time to time
Knowledge & Skills:
  • 5 BGCSE's (with grades C and above including Math & English) 
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience 
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Cash handling experience preferred
