HR Data Analyst
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting for the Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Succession Planning, and Time & Attendance modules of the Human Resource Management System (Lanteria).
- Ensure precise data management in the HRMS, including, but not limited to, uploading company documents, launching and monitoring the data input process in the system, data tracking, reporting, etc…
- Manage and analyze the recruitment tracker, applicants data, and vacancy log to deliver actionable insights for management reporting
- Create electronic HR communications, impactful flyers and templates, and recommend improved communication strategies
- Supports and co-leads HRMS system implementations, leveraging skills and expertise to improve functionality and user experience
- Identify system inefficiencies and make recommendations to optimize processes and improve workflows
